State capital of Johor, Johor Bahru (popularly known as JB) is the gateway to the south of peninsula Malaysia, Singapore, connected by rail and by road in a 1038m-long Causeway. JB suffers inevitably compared with its success, plutocratic southern neighbor. Historical significance and centers of interest aside, some travelers who stay in JB, and the town is mainly a transit point for people on the way to the most exotic destinations. In practical terms, the flight to or from JB instead of using Singapore as a regional hub for transportation can net big savings on tickets.

On weekends and public holidays, Singapore Causeway in the cabin of the shopping and excitement.
